amazing, amazing, amazing
I was blown away by the spaciousness of my one-bedroom apartment with fine frescoes on the high ceilings that captured the historic charm. The location couldn't have been better as it's just steps from the Piazza della Repubblica, with access to all the major attractions. Not to mention, the kitchenette offered a convenient option to prepare light meals.
would recommend 😊❤️

The location was fantastic! A short walk to all major attractions. Our one-bedroom apartment was larger than we expected and had a kitchenette, made preparing snacks easy.

Location close enough to many great restaurants and sites as well as the palazzo vecchio. Apartment was soundproof and the food was great...

It's an interesting option for living. Practically an apartment in the heart of the city. Fast settlement without any formalities, responsive and friendly staff. clear regulations. Quiet interior, relatively large room area, kitchen corner with all necessary equipment. spacious safe in the room. Fast internet. sufficient number of sockets. Entrance to the building, floor and room with a universal electronic key, no strangers, quiet.
Registration is made at a different address, relatively close, but to walk with luggage has to be on the center and narrow sidewalks, it was known in advance, but it was unexpectedly long and tiresome. The room and furniture are noticeably worn out. The set of kitchen utensils is superceletic. Unknown restrictions were imposed on the Internet, they could not connect to GooglePlay to install the update requested by the banking client program. Acceptable minimalkets were not found in step availability.

Location very close to the train station connecting to Pisa and the airport, the Piazza De la Repubblica, and all the major sites, the Ufizzi Museum, the Duomo. Huge, soundproof room, with exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows.

location, of course, is very good, center, Republic Square. Entrance with electronic key, clean venue, well-groomed entrance, nice elevator. You can't hear the neighbors at all, apparently, sound insulation is not bad. Split system (we did not use, in May it was not hot). beds are comfortable and linen is clean.
Apartments themselves aren't very good. Yeah, they're not small, there's plenty of room. we got the kitchen in the closet, small. stove - 2 comforts, small fridge under the table, no more equipment, even microwave. there is an announcement that for unwashed dishes, you leave, fine of 40 euros and when the keys are checked for 3 minutes, so the staff somewhere nearby were still... Cleaning and change of linen/ towels are not available either. laundry is clear, towels are not dry at all, not very comfortable. Garbage is also the problem of the guests, it can not stand, get ready with garbage bags to squeeze between walking tourists and look for garbage cans. Would have already written an ad with the location of the nearest garbage can. Still upset the windows overlooking the courtyard of the well. Because of this, there was always little light in the room, it is impossible to open them at all, right under the number of the extractor hood of the restaurant, located on the 1st floor, stench of the restaurant kitchen instead of fresh air. We also had a strange arrangement of a bidet in our village - inside an already small shower cabin, I have not seen such a cabin before. shower enclosure itself is fenced with a folding plastic curtain, after each shower, whole floor in the bathroom must be wiped, otherwise you will have to walk on a huge puddle on the whole agricultural. Rags and detergents for all these actions also need to buy in advance.

The staff was helpful, assisting us with luggage. The kitchenette items could have been cleaner and the shower was dangerously slippery, which detracted from our comfort.

Having a 3 year old we needed a central place that we could have our Basic provisions, so the fridge and cooker was handy, but a kettle Would improve things.. Boiling a pan did become a novelty! A The location was amazing, and people there very friendly, the lift is an experience However when you get over this the place has all the charm Florence has to offer. Bathroom excellent, with a hair dryer unit (bonus) and beds linen exceptionally clean Lots of restaurants/bars nearby so you won't spend much time in the flat.. But it was fab to have a bolthole with good aircon on both rooms to take a break From the sight seeing and heat.
Apartment needs more kitchen facilities, kettle, microwave... And TV system Old fashioned with no English chanels ( for my Child) Lift in need of some upgrade.

location is perfect, in the Piazza della Repubblica in the heart of Florence. You can visit everything on foot. room is very big, you have a mini kitchen to make yourself something, table with chairs and a sofa. Our room overlooks the square with a spectacular view of the whole square and basilica and bell tower of the duomo. It has double windows and is well insulated from the outside. You have to check in at another hotel which is a two minute walk away, staff are friendly and speak Spanish and will accompany you to your room. day you leave you have to take the keys back and they keep your bags for free all day. TV with USB even though it is not in front of the bed, you have to watch it from the side. Places nearby for lunch or breakfast
I didn't like the cleanliness very much. Not that there was anything flashy, both the couch and bed felt dirty. TV's not in front of the bed. hassle of check in/out somewhere else. two worst things are:. 1. bed: The mattress is very bad, soft, old, you sink and you can feel the springs. Although it has a large double bed, it is two beds together with sheets and a double bedspread. You notice the separation between the two beds. 2. price: You are in the middle of everything and Florence is expensive, paying more than a hundred euros per night seems to me to be exaggerated for what it offers. I know that it is what there is and that the prices in Florence are for rich people but for me it is not worth what it costs.

Location is excellent and pretty much value for money considering its on the same square as Savoy Hotel that is 5 times its price! Perfect way to save on hotel and spend more on shopping :)
The lift and corridors could look more cozier but didn't bother me that much as we were outside of the hotel most of the time. It can be incovenient for people to check in at the other hotel as well, but if you are well prepared - this would not be an issue.
